Zanzibar Club - Seel Street, Liverpool
Bopalena is an all day extravaganza taking place in Liverpool on Sunday the 1st of May at The Zanzibar on Seel Street for Rockabillys, Teddy Boys & Girls, burlesque fans and all vintage obsessed lovelies.

This fabulous event is featuring some of the finest rock n rollers in the land including: Merseyside legends 'Furious', rockabilly sensations 'The Redhot Trio', the amazing 'Twangmasters', and the amazing 'Flaming Lucifers'.

In between the music we will be showcasing some of the North Wests finest Burlesque performers as we crown Miss Rock n Roll Burlesque.
This amazing competition is open to both new and established burlesque artists and prizes include a one year contract to be the face of rockabilly brand Lilly Von Pink, a photo shoot with top pin up photographer Nick Beedles, a gift bag of vintage rockabilly inspired goodies including clothes & Jewellery, a paid slot at the Cherry lounge Burlesque club and of course the coveted Miss Rock n Roll Burlesque trophy for more details

Add cool DJ sets featuring rare rock n roll, jive dancers and a mini festival of vintage inspired stalls and our pop up Liverpool Rock n Roll museum featuring photos, memorabilia and clothes from Merseyside's rockin past and it shapes up to be one hell of an event.
