HMV Liverpool ONE South John Street
Fans of stand-up comedian and ex-Radio City DJ, John Bishop, get the chance to meet the man himself, in person, when he visits HMV�s Liverpool ONE store on South John Street on Tuesday 16th November 2010 to sign copies of his debut DVD and Blu-ray release, �John Bishop Live�.

John will be at the store from 5.00pm until 6.30pm, to meet fans and sign copies of the new DVD and Blu-ray which is released the previous day Monday 15th November 2010 through 2Entertain.

Filmed live at The Liverpool Empire on his sell-out �Elvis Has Left The Building Tour�, �John Bishop Live� documents John�s observations about coming to terms with middle age, leading the viewer through tales of his new found fame, his devotion to Liverpool FC, the positives of male grooming and an outlook on life that rings true for anyone and everyone.

Following the huge success of comedy series �John Bishop�s Britain� on BBC One this summer, John has been performing a sell-out tour in the UK since 10th October and his debut stand-up DVD will be released on 15th November. This autumn John also returns as a panellist to A �League of their Own� (Sky One), has appeared on �Michael McIntyre�s Comedy Road Show� (BBC One) and �Live at The Apollo� (BBC One), and will make his debut appearance as guest host on �Have I got News For You� (BBC Two) at the end of October. John also stars in Ken Loach's new feature film �Route Irish� (general release 2011).

On the upcoming HMV event, John comments, "I'm really looking forward to coming to the HMV in Liverpool One. It made absolute sense to do my first DVD signing in Liverpool. But if any of my mates think they're coming along to get a free one they can sod off!"
